UVSHELTER is an effective, permanent, safe, environment-protective, extra strong ultraviolet(UV) protective yarn that is made with advanced spinning equipment and technology by adding abio-nano UV isolation agent(nano-T1O2) which is homodispersed at the process of polymerization, the nano-T1O2 is formed by advanced nano and polymerization technology via original position compounding. UVSHELTER and its fabric can have an extra strong shield function against UV. It can scatter,selectively absorb UV(>98%), convert to low energy and release, prevent UV from permeating clothes, protect human body from skin disease because of redundant UV irradiation. Furthermore, it can absorb and reflect infared ray, reduce the heat temperature caused bt the sunlight heat radiation and keep the inside cool temperature of the cloth, making clothers made with UV protective yarn more cozy and safely. The anti-aging function of UVSHELTER is 2-3 times than that of normal polyester. UVSHELTER can also improve the light colour fastness of textiles.

Compared with traditional after-finishing and coating, UVSHELTER yarn has permanent effective UV protective function even after many times of wash and dry. Because the fabric made with UVSHELTER yarn is added with corpuscule nano-T1O2, it not only retains soft hand touch but also has the same durability to washing and ironing as normal polyester fabrics. Nano-T1O2 does not dissolve or peel off from macromolecule, so it has good security. Without applying any chemical additives,fabrics have good light stability, no stimulation to skin.
