DTY 105/39, DTY 160/60, DTY 225/84:
Sea-island type super microfibre disperses one sort of polymer into another, the dispersed phase of fiber section look like islands while the parent substance books like sea. Add a high shrinkage yarn inside, 37-islands. Through after finishing of the fabric, the sea-island component is dissolved and finally the single filament is 0.03 dpf embodying the capillary effect of microfibre. Fabric made with this fiber have unique style, excellent comfort, soft texture, smooth hand, elegant luster, good drape, ventile and strong stain resistant.
Products Uses: suede-imitation velvet, artificial leather, moss velvet, etc, which can be widely used in apparel, suitcases and bags, upholstery fabrics.
Specification: DTY75D/24f, DTY160D/48f, DTY225D/84f, DTY105D/39f SIH (differential shrinkage), 160D/60f SIH (differential shrinkage).
