FDY 75/72 (cationic yarn), FDY 50/72, FDY 150/144:

 

The finest monofilament of this CDP(cationic-dyeable polyester) microfilament can reach 0.5dpf. It is polymerized with compositions including sulphonic acid radical. Because of the existence of sulphonic acid radical, the combination ability with dye molecule is enhanced, improving the dyeability of yarn. Therefore fabrics made with this CDP microfilment have dark and bright color after being dyed by cation dyes. The dyeing cost can also be reduced. Moreover, it is also good for enviroment protection. This fiber can be used for achieving various color effects in fabric.
